The 2012 Missouri Tigers football team represented the University of Missouri in the 2012 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The team was coached for the 12th season by Gary Pinkel and played their home games at Faurot Field in Columbia, Missouri for the 87th consecutive season. In their first season as a member of the Eastern Division of the Southeastern Conference, Missouri finished fifth with a record of 2–6 in the conference, and 5–7 overall.
